1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Heartland Power Service website and client platform at heartlandpowerservice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Heartland Power Service provides mobile outdoor power equipment repair and maintenance services to residential customers in the greater Indianapolis area. Services are performed on-site at the customer's property.
- All services are performed by qualified technicians
- Service pricing is provided prior to work being performed
- We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion
- Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic area
3. Client Platform
Access to the client platform is granted to approved clients only. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform only for its intended purpose.
4. Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number and requesting service, you consent to receive SMS text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.

5. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments are subject to technician availability and weather conditions
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other circumstances
- A diagnostic fee may apply for visits where no repair is performed
6. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept credit/debit cards via Square, cash, check, and Zelle
- Annual maintenance plan fees are non-refundable after service has been performed
- Parts are subject to availability and pricing may vary
7. Limitation of Liability
Heartland Power Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential damages from equipment failure, delays caused by parts availability or weather, or equipment that cannot be repaired due to age or condition. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
